I visited the restaurant recently for a pickup, but the experience at the reception was disappointing. The staff member at the reception asked me for a delivery bag without first checking whether I was there for a delivery or a customer pickup. It felt unprofessional and a bit careless. A more attentive and courteous approach would have made the experience better.
