I have been a faithful customer to SAT for a long time but I have been noticing a significant decrease in the quality of their food. This time; my snow crab cluster was mushy! I love crab and I was really disappointed when I discovered that the crab was mushy. Seems like recently; every time I place an order; either something is missing or the food quality is low (or both!) My last order before this one; I only received one corn on the cob when the SAT Combo is supposed to come with two corn on the cobs. I won't be ordering from them again because it seems that they simply don't care about the low quality food they are providing to their customers.

2 stars because the food arrived hot. But SO disappointed with my order. The 35 location got me spoiled with their fried rice, and I cannot believe that I just spent almost $16 on extremely bland, store bought rice today!
