Wow, Sauls has gone downhill. Sandwiches are a lot smaller, the roll is very chewy and tough on both as was the chicken. Very clear they've done a massive cost cutting exercise and they're now an expensive low quality subway.
Sandwiches used to be big and lovely, $50 for 2 sandwiches is on the expensive side so expect a lot better. Used to love this place and enjoyed for a couple of years but unlikely to order again

The Fried Fish Roll: This Brioche Bun contains, Breaded Fried Hoki Fish, which is not strong in flavour. Lettuce, Pickles, Saul's mayo, White Onion, and on the whole it is a very pleasant Fish Roll.
The Deli Cold Cuts Roll: The Roll is covered in Sesame seeds and is lovely. This Roll contains, several types of Italian Meats, Red Capsicum, I think a type of Meat Paste which was very nice, Cheese and several other filings.
On the whole both Rolls were very tasty and I could see me ordering them again particularly the Fish Roll which I have already started.

I have had this Fish burger before and it is excellent apart from the bun which has a tendency to fall apart as it gets a bit soggy towards the end. That does not detract from how nice this roll is.
Saul's Custard Puff is again very tasty.

As usual this fried Fish Sandwich was delicious, everytime I have bought the Sandwich it has been consistently excellent. The Fish is mild but still the coating remains crunchy and the Saul's Sauce compliments the Fish perfectly.
