This is the saddest excuse for a cold brew I've ever had. I even added an espresso shot to it and asked for less ice and it's still entirely flavourless. No chocolate, no coffee, just waterred down blah.

wrong cookie sent, croissant must be 3 days old (hard as a rock) and just doesn't look anything near as good as the ones in the store.
hope they used almond milk in my coffee at least, otherwise i'll get an allergic reaction too :(

the bagel was super STALE! I did not enjoy ripping it apart with my teeth and chewing till my jaw hurt! the only 15 min break I had at work to eat. Very dissapointed. The drink was good.

I ordered a lemon square but got a rock hard scone with dried cranberries. I'd never order that even if it was fresh but it's not even edible if I just wanted to eat something.
