• DoorDash orderFood took over an hour to arrive and was cold, I would've been ok with it if the Chicken Bites weren't all salty and greasy. Not worth the money!!!

• DoorDash orderI don't eat bacon and they decided to add it in anyway. Despite the SmokeShack not coming with any bacon in it in the first place. If you see your order being routed to this ShakeShack (Newport), just cancel and save yourself the headache. They always mess up orders snd take forever to prep them. Grove street or Hobok is so much better.
