Delicious, as always! I ordered this meal one minute before you stopped taking DoorDash orders for the evening and it was as fresh and tasty as if it were your first prepared meal of the day. Shane's, the Catfish, U.S. Farm Raised 5 Piece Plate was fantastic!

Th Alligator Basket tasted good but the portion size is just horrendous for the price. I would not order this again due to portion size. I ordered the Swamp Sauce and the Shane's sauce. Not sure which is which. both were good but I think they gave me a garlic parmesean instead of one of the others sauces so I guess I'll never know. I got a sweet tea to drink and I'd say it is good.

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, large size wasn't great to me...there was no okra (that I could see) and the chicken was cubed and just had a weird texture. First time ordering, maybe I'll try again with the BBQ.

Completely overrated/overpriced.
Crawfish itself has no flavor. Dusted with cajun seasoning. I don't eat the shell.
