The ma po tofu is really good, spicy, sauce is a little thicker than I was used to but still better than any I have had so far in NV . No extra filler vegetables like carrots and water chestnuts Just ground pork, tofu and the szechuan pepper corns in the sauce. Hand cut noodles also nice and springy. Good stuff :)

BEST NOODLE SPOT EVER. I honestly want to know how they make the Beef so soft and flavorful. The beef pieces in the Shàng Beef Noodle is literally cooked to PERFECTION every single time. The Spicy Wonton is flavorful as well and thankfully they arent MOUTH BURNING spice. It's a perfect spice level ..... whoever is in charge of flipping the noodles needs to be married. The noodles are always hand pulled to perfection . Oh LASTLY !!! PLEASE GIVE THE PERSON THATS IN CHARGE OF THE BEEF BROTH A RAISE!!! The flavor is IMMACULATE!!

Pot Pork & Cabbage Pot Sticker (6) was incredibly greasy. Not worth it. The Pork Belly Noodle is decent. Knife cut noodles are nice and chewy and it's a huge portion. I do think the spicy version would be better though.

This was my first time eating here and I will definitely order again. The Dan Dan Noodle and spicy pork dumplings were amazing and filling! The spicy sauce was hot but tolerable. The pork was flavorful.

The mushroom chicken noodle did not have spinach like it usually does. It had three leaves of baby bokchoi. It usually has way more spinach. The spicy wontons also had some powdery seasoning on top of them which was really strong and since the wontons are dry it stuck to only the top wontons in chunks and they are hard to mix around without pouring the spicy sauce into it. I planned on eating the wontons without the sauce since I have strep throat and trying to avoid things that could irritate my throat more. Everything tasted pretty much the same as usual just those small changes make it slightly less appealing to me. Maybe they were out of spinach and it will be normal next time
