This food truck is really good! The flavor is def there. I love that the noodles have a garlic flavor. I'mused to the noodles being bland. The veggies also have a garlicky taste. I ordered extra garlic for the side (I should've gotten 2). We dont have a lot of Hibachi/Teriyaki spots in Spring so if you want something different and delicious give this placea try. It will not disappoint!

This food here never disappoints. Always fresh and delicious. There is enough food here for at least four one-person meals. I am a Shinobi regular. Great customer service. If you haven't tried it, you are truly missing out.

As always, food was delicious. Huge servings are enough for at least 2 servings. I love the Shinobi Special (Fried Rice, Veggies, Steak, Chicken and Shrimp). Pork Egg Rolls are great. Food is consistent.

First time customer. Had the Shinobi Special (Fried Rice, Veggies, Steak, Chicken and Shrimp) . This was by far the best fried rice I've ever had. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the serving was enormous. Customer service was phenomenal. I will be going back.

Rice, noodles, chicken, steak. There's no wrong answer when picking a dish from here because they have the golden touch. And the value is on par with the taste - large dishes with proportional amounts of meat, veggies, and carbs will make you realize that this restaurant is truly a gem.
