Bakers Dozen is always a big favorite, and the Jalapeño cream cheese is top notch! Shug Bagels are crispy on the outside but soft inside, and the variety of flavors is a hit at the office. Thank you!!

The bagel is good and it had a lot of cream cheese on it but the Breakfast Bowl was not seasoned. I asked for salt and pepper. It tasted like there was no seasoning at all, and I paid for cheese and there was no identifiable cheese in the bowl at all. I saw maybe two little tiny pieces of cheddar cheese for the price that I paid they should have put a lot more in thereand for 350 for sausage. I only got one patty. It definitely feels overpriced.

As a fellow New Yorker, I'm so snobby when it comes to bagels. These bagels hit the spot every time and are the closest thing to an NY bagel. Absolutely delicious!!!

I recently moved to Dallas, and Shugs has some of the best bagels Ive ever tried. They compare to NYC bagels, and everytime I order I know it's going to be correct & fresh.
