The Classic Rib-Eye* was very good, a nice cut of meat cooked perfectly medium rare. Personally I would have preferred much less salt. Asparagus and white cheddar mashed potatoes were both perfect.

The Prime Rib Entree* Limited Availability was very tough and medium well rather than medium rare. more like a roast than a prime rib.

Most of the food went into the trash. Salad was good. Steak was too thick. For being slo-roasted , it was very tuff. Won't order here again.
