It was my first time ordering. I am a fan now. I had the Classic Smash burger with the pepper jack cheese and Chipotle bun...yummy. Plus the Smash tots are a meal all by their self.

EVERY time we order smash burger they refuse to
Fill up the fries and onion rings. Lite 5 onion rings in my order. Ridiculous! $4+ for 5 onion rings.

I usually get great food here, but they must have been busy tonight. Luckily the substitutions were followed, but the patty was very burnt and there were two bottom buns. It's still not a bad burger, though, honestly. Maybe i was just hungry enough to get it down and not be too disappointed. I had the haystack onions too and they were thick and clumped together. I will say the food is usually better than this, though if I knew today was going to be an off day for them I would have gone to the store myself instead of paying nearly double the total for delivery

the fries from here are usually so good but they gave me OLD fries. like literally brown and bitter tasting. So old that the oil in the bottom of the fry container was a dark brown shade. Disgusting and a waste of money.
