They got multiple items wrong and both burgers were missing ingredients. The taste of the meat is pretty bland and the fries are flavorless. I also requested no bun due to a gluten allergy and my burger arrived with a bun, making it inedible. Save yourself the time and get ShakeShack instead.

Smashed is correct. Like gumbo soup!
The flavors are good, but overwhelmed by so much salt.
The fries are far less in the salting and very good !
Haystack is delicious... many pieces of batter and not so much onions, but GOOD.

Best burger and it was still warm.. unlike Dirty Burger. Everything was cold. This makes up for it. And the driver was nice

Make sure to check your order before leaving. I ordered the DOUBLE CLASSIC SMASH® BURGER with no pickle and no tomato and and add mayo. I received the burger as two patties with cheese and sauce. Nothing else. One patty was so burnt on one side it was hard. The SWEET POTATO FRIES and CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS were good.
