This place lives up to the hype! This was my first order from Spalding's, and I was not disappointed, even after trying all the other local donut shops. These donuts are not pretentious, but they are excellent. They come packed in paper boxes and tied with baker's twine - that's how you can tell they've been doing this for generations!

Spaldings is just the best. The glazed doughnuts Six Glazed Six Chocolate are to die for, the glazed with the chocolate icing are just awesome. They also had a St St. Patrick's Day Cookie with icing special this weekend and would rank it up there with one of the best. And then there is the vanilla cream filled.

It has been about 12 years since I've had a wonderful Spalding donut. I don't get to Lex often and was so excited to see you could get them delivered!! They did not disappoint and we're absolutely delicious!!!

The donuts are always killer but we thought the Six Glazd Six Chocolate glazed donuts were way overcooked.
