I get drinks delivered while im working from home and I only live 2-3 minutes away from this location and I dont know how every time I order a frapp, it's SO WATERY and not thick?! How is this even possible... not to mention the Matcha Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is so bitter and slightly sweet. Avoid getting their frapps delivered.... hot and iced drinks always come out great.

I don't know if their paninis are already pre-made or if they don't travel well, but this is my second time ordering the tomato and mozerella on focaccia and it just looks sad. BARELY any filling. Maybe its better if you order at the store... sucks to say I've been disappointed twice now. Coffee is good as always.

Flat White came out perfect. Cheese & Fruit Protein Box was missing from the bag. Dasher said they didn't put it in before sealing it. The Caramel Brulée Latte was terrible. Tasted like warm milk. Zero caramel or coffee flavor. Pretty disappointed.
