As you can see, I have left almost every review for this place on door dash. Today I got my usual grande Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 pumps of white mocha, brown sugar cold foam, whipped cream, and cinnamon, in a venti cup. They forgot to add the cinnamon again so I just added my own at home. This drink is so ridiculously good. They used all the extra room in the venti cup for cold foam and whipped cream which is awesome and exactly what I was hoping for. Morning staff on 6/29 killed it. This drink is a great treat and worth the 11$.

Im not sure who has been working lately (Saturday around 3pm) but this is the second time my drink has come in the afternoon and is missing something. I asked them to add cinnamon powder to the drink and again they did not add any cinnamon. This is a crucial part and flavor of the drink. It may seem trivial to some but this really sucks and it would have taken just a second to add cinnamon powder. I walked to the store and bought cinnamon (my cars in the shop). Like cmon, do better, this drink was literally 11$ so sorry but I do expect that it comes with everything I've asked for!!! It's the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 pumps of white mocha, brown sugar cold foam, and cinnamon powder (which it did not have at all). Still giving them 4 stars because the drink it great after adding my own cinnamon powder. Honesty it's usually a better experience to go in person through the drive through ( ive gone inside before and they forgot about my drink for 30 min and ended up just giving me a refund so again, drive through is king bc that's what they focus on). I will schedule my drink for tomorrow morning and will give 5 stars if yall can remember to add the cinnamon!!! Everyone that works there is great and it was prob a genuine oversight!! It was just disappointing. Also just point out- as you can see from the photo, although I asked them to put it in a venti cup to make room for the cold foam, thats why it doesnt look full . Also ask your delivery driver to pick up a straw.

Everyone needs to try this drink: a grande Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso but made with whipping cream (they dont add a lot so its fine), add 2 pumps of white mocha, line the cup with caramel drizzle, add brown sugar cold foam, add whip cream and cinnamon powder on top and put it in a venti cup so there's room for the cold foam. This is delicious. Before bed, I schedule my delivery the night before so it's here when i wake up. So if the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was not sweet enough for you (reminded me of a cinnamon la croix), then you should try to order it that same way. Thank me later 10/10. If you're watching your sugar, consider a brown sugar cortado (small and not too sweet).

I order the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso but I added 2 pumps of white mocha, breve, brown sugar cold foam, and cinnamon powder. This drink was very watered down by the time it got here. Going in person is always a better experience and I feel like this drink would be before if i picked it up in person. Anyways, if you like the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso but it's not sweet enough for you, for a grande add 2 white mocha, no classic! For a venti add 3 pumps of white mocha and it should already come with 3 brown sugar I believe. The Blueberry Streusel Muffin is really good but I recommend going with the coffee cake if you would like something sweet to go with your coffee. I only gave 4 stars because they did not add cinnamon powder but luckily I had some at home. My doordash was experience was great. Last night at bedtime I scheduled this order to be here when I wake up and it showed up right on time. Worth the fees if it's the only way you can get the product.

I ordered the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado which should be half espresso/half milk with 2 pumps of brown sugar. I added a pump of white mocha and asked them to put it in a grande cup so there would be room for whip cream that I also asked for. Instead, they used the extra room to add more milk, making my drink taste horrible. It was basically just a latte and there was NO FOAM on top at all which should come with the drink. I did some serious doctoring of this drink to make it edible. I don't ever have a problem when I come in person but the drink was supposed to be a short, not randomly filled with milk bc I asked for a grande cup. There was also no cinnamon on the nonexistent whip cream that was asked for. To make this better at home, i added mocha flavoring and it's pallettable now. Just annoying bc it's supposed to be a super strong espresso drink and they gave me a latte instead. In person i would have asked for my money back or for it to be remade.
