The drink was well made, but they got my cold foam wrong. I asked for lavender sweet cream cf and got vanilla sweet cream cf. Sadly I am very intolerant to dairy, and the small amount that I CAN have I'd like to be right, espcially when I paid $15 for 1 grande. I understand mistakes happen, though. Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte is delicious regardless!

this store is usually good about the amount of ice they include, however today and yesterday HALF my venti was just ice! I've had to take most of it out and it left me missing 1/3 of my drink... for almost $17 for one drink that's a bit ridiculous.

I ordered a venti, I did not take a drink from it and as you can see it's not full. I try to avoid ordering from here and go to the Safeway one. I used to come to this Starbucks everyday but the quality has really declined.

Normally love the Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte but it just tasted bitter and burnt this time around. Sandwich was a mess and tasted off. Super disappointed.

Second time I got charged for oatmeal and was not given it at delivery. 2 different delivery drivers and I verified both times with drivers that it was not given to them by the store. Otherwise, the food and drinks are good. Trying to figure out how to get a refund for items that I am charged for but not given
