the sandwich was NOT that good. I understand this is a quick service restaurant, but that was bad. Bacon and other ingredients were sliding off the sandwich, and I had to fix it to the point I could eat it. No customer should ever do that. Seemed the employee making the food just threw it on the bread and called it good. Coffee was great though.

Always order here, but they started us this green tape to cover the mouthholes instead of the white dots. I can't get the tape off, and when I can get enough off it leaves a sticky paper residue on the lid.

I ordered a caramel iced latte, which should not cost $14 for caramel to line my cup, which never seems to do so and extra caramel pump, not to mention, I never get a straw with my drink
