Everytime I order Starbucks from different locations they always arrive in to-go bags with built in cup holders. I only order for delivery when im at work and ask my coworkers if they want anything. I ordered 6 drinks and not only did they not package them up properly in their to-go bags, but they made my poor door dash driver cary 1 bag with two drinks, gave him another 2 in a flimsy cup holder without any bag, and the other ones by hand. Hense this causing his drink to spill on the way to me. When I called the store asking what had happened, they told me to simply report the driver and id get my money back. Thats not the point though, it was their responsibility to package things properly for cases like these
