Food is always delicious, drinks are always well made and consistent. If they dont have something in stock, they let you know. Also, personally the smiley faces and thank you notes mean a lot more than you think. I usually order from you guys when I am having an especially hard day. So seeing a smile on my bag actually does make me smile. Thank you all!

Food and drinks were all awesome today. However, only gave 3 stars. This is why... I order Starbucks as a special treat for my son an average of once a month. (He has to earn it. ) This is the FIRST TIME in many successive orders that we have actually received the entire order and by that I mean we received the actual COFFEE DRINKS. We typically get a muffin or pastry delivered but no drinks at all, despite the hefty price I pay for them (by that I mean they are definitely overpriced). Today everything was finally included (Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage, Pumpkin Spice Latte , Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Cheese Danish) and all were fresh and well made. Thank you! Can we please figure out why so many orders from a coffee store are delivered with no coffee (latte, frappuccino, etc.)?? Why would someone pay so much to simply have a muffin or danish delivered??? How is that missed? I have lost count of how many times I have placed and paid for an order, only to have NO drinks at all delivered and only pastries or other breakfast items included. Sometimes I do report the missing drinks but at other times, I am at work and get so busy that I do not have time to make a report to try to get the missing drinks covered. Today showed me that Starbucks can get it right...but for the price, why are the coffee drinks always left off of an order from a COFFEE shop/store? Help me, understand. Again, thank you for the good service today.
