Careful if you have food allergies. This was supposed to be plain with ju cheese. It is very rare that this occurs, however this has happened more than once and for some people with severe allergies it could be a serious issue. Again, 95% of the time this store delivers splendidly. I will assume it just dependson who's working the grill that day.

large Onion ring only had 4 rings in it. paid for grilled onions but none were on the sandwich. Chili wasn't even eatable.

the Triple Steakburger (3x cheese) was piping hot and oozing with cheese. So good. Chili was fine. the only complaint is I didn't get cheese for my Cheese Fries. but overall satisfied

The Frisco Melt Sandwich was made Sloppy! it did not have enough sauce on it and was lukewarm the fries were cold I wound up throwing them away! The chili and shake were excellent! I will not order the Frisco Melt Combo again unless I am at a Steak 'n Shake!
