• DoorDash orderBefore I go over our order, I want to say that this is the only time in 50 years that there was a mix-up. This specific Steak n Shake has friendly people who work quickly and get things right.
I'm not sure if I made a mistake. The request was for the double bacon cheese burger topped with ketchup and onion with large fries and a vanilla shake. The double bacon cheese burger that we received was topped with mustard, pickles, and some ketchup. The fries were good, as was the shake.
The next item on the order was double steak burger with pickle, onion and mustard only. What we received was the double steak burger with light ketchup ,mustard and onion, but no pickles. The onion rings were good, but the beverage should have been lemonade instead of whatever we received.
We will return to this restaurant.
