Everything arrived hot and fresh within 40 minutes, and was double bagged to keep it hot. Frisco Melt and Triple Steakburger (3x cheese), along with the Chili Mac were brilliant. Thank you!

said chilli was still frozen and first asked to exchange it with a fry or onion ring, i said no to this cause it def is not the same value as a 5$ bowl of chilli. they gave me a can instead which ig it solved the problem but im still not satisfied:/

My food was really good. For my personal preference, I would have preferred my food to be much hotter. Having said this, the food was still warm enough. My onion rings were not hot at all. They were greasy, also. I have eaten Steak & Shake since 1963, when I craved them throughout my pregnancy. The buns were toasted on the griddle and made the burger taste so good.

the food was ice cold and I ordered a large fry but the container was almost empty, definitely not worth the price I paid. no napkins either

Frisco Melt was burnt no chilli in the order one order of fries missing. Other orders of fries had very little fries in them. Quality control is clearly lacking .
