The food was nice. The Frisco Melt was incredible, you can never go wrong with Grilled Cheese and the sandwiches both looked like the images on doordash. My only problem is, instead of the Pepsi I ordered, they gave me tap water... It tastes like tap water, not regular purified water. It's fine if they don't have Pepsi, but it would have been great if they just gave me a bottled water, and not just filled up a stryofoam cup with sink water. The water they gave me just downright tasted like tap water from a bathroom sink.

Kristi is the manager there and she is amazing!! She made sure my food was made fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this particular Steak N Shake!!

Ordered a Chili Cheese Fries but did not receive them. The Oreo Cookie - Cookies 'N Cream had a taste of Banana in it. The 1. Original Double Steakburger with Cheese did not taste right at all. Typically I really like Stake-N-Shake and I know every place has a bad night so that might be the case. Really hope this is an anomaly.

I didn't get cheese on my fries! No silverware for the Chili Cheese Fries! My 3. Frisco Melt had no frisco sauce and we did get straws. Not to mention the fries look like they had been dunked in the oil for a mi then served.
