Ordered a Frisco Melt Combo & paid $1.20 to upgrade to medium fries. Did not get the fries, the extra frisco sauce, or a straw. Called the store & was told the best they can do is give me a free medium fry the next time I purchase food, rather than allowing me to come get the fies they forgot. I assured them there won't be a next time. The food we did get tasted mediocre at best.
