Burgers were poorly made and disappointing. Soggy from both the grease of the patties AND the grilled onions, which congealed everything into a wet mass. It was a shame because the steak and shake locations where I'm from in Joliet Illinois are usually on point. Fries just seemed a bit cheap and rather average..flavor, not bad, but only okay. The star of this meal were the milkshakes. They were actually really great, nice and smooth, very rich and creamy and you could definitely taste the flavors of the specific shakes we ordered. All in all if you have a taste for a milkshake, this place is a decent option, but I would save your money and get a burger elsewhere. I paid 9 dollars for a double cheese burger... The $3 son of baconator at Wendy's is 1/3 the price and much better .

The Frisco Melts were perfect! They had a good amountof butter, toasted just right and created with our modifications. The Original Double Steakburger with Cheese and Chili Mac's were all created as ordered!

The double garlic steak burger with extra garlic rub was amazing!!! The fries were pretty pathetic. They were too mushy. Stake and Shake need to put their fries in cardboard not a bag. Also the packaging was pretty plan to look at, and the portions are so much smaller on a pickup order then when you eat in-store. Other them that it was good!

Wonderful food and shakes! Always have a great experience ordering from Steak'n Shake! Employees are super nice at the window and inside! The owner is an awesome person and will always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best food!

Door dash order didn't come through for some reason? However, this store was amazing! The manager double checked and made sure my order was taken care of. As a former employee of the SNS co, I can appreciate their level of customer loyalty! Thanks!
