Meatball Marinara was very good as usual, plenty of meatballs and sauce, well toasted and delicious. The steak and cheese sub was off today though, very little meat on it, and what meat was on it was very tough and gristly. It's usually good though so maybe just an off day.

We order from this store normally 4 to 5 times a week. Tonight our sandwiches were thrown together like the assembler was blind folded. This has occurred many times before but try to understand they might be busy or just a bad day. But when you pay $16 for a sandwiches and have to try and reassemble them yourself in order to be able to pick it up its ridiculous. However there is an employee there that does a fantastic job and seems to care about quality. Wish we could request them if they're working on the days we order. Unfortunately we didn't get our receipt with our order to try to see who might have processed the order. Normally try to understand but we're frequent customers and finally feel the need to complain.

I won't order from this subway again. They put Buffalo on my sandwich, not chipotle and it's not good.
