75. Garlic Pork Ribs were good as an always. Delicious. Decided to try 9. Calamari today. Very good and love the sauce I got to dip them in. Yummy.

My recent experiences with Sugar Thai have been unfortunately inconsistent. While I appreciate the convenience of ordering the same dishes repeatedly, the spice levels have been all over the map. Ordering a supposedly fiery "five-star spicy" has tasted indistinguishable from a milder "three-star" on multiple occasions, which is disappointing when you have a specific expectation for the heat.
Adding to the frustration is the way the silverware is presented. While the intention to keep things clean is likely there, the execution with the tape wrapped around the napkin is deeply flawed. Every time I've tried to open the silverware packet, the tape rips the napkin to pieces, rendering it completely unusable. You end up with clean cutlery but no way to actually wipe your hands or face, which is quite counterproductive.
Overall, while the food at Sugar Thai can be good, the inconsistency in spice levels,and the impractical napkin situation are significant drawbacks that need to be addressed.
