I usually order 3-4 times from a place to see how consistent their food is before reviewing.
Super Rico's has impressed once again. The Quesadilla I got today was absolutely STUFFED with filling. Tons of well seasoned chicken, well spiced, and more than enough to make a meal with a single Quesadilla.
The Chicken and Carne Asada I'd ordered before, and both were consistently fantastic. I can't more strongly recommend this restaurant. Worth absolutely every dime.

The food is HELLA GOOD!!! The family meal whole chicken and 4 sides was enough for 6 people, and is waaaaaaay better than Popeyes and KFC combined. My families go to dinner from now on when I want to cook, lol!!

The Special#1 is huge and can easily feed four adults. The chicken was tender and delicious. However, if you're trying to decide on which sides to order, it seems like the "mixed vegetables" are just a frozen vegi medley and not the best. The plantains and pasta salad were both excellent.

New to Stafford and trying the Pollo Saltado for the first time was delicious. Very flavorful with the onions, tomatoes and tried it with the yuca instead of the fries and it was very good!! And let me tell you about the Tres Leches, omg it was sooooo good!! Also the Horchata, very good, but didn't get a chance to take a picture because it was dranked up. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you.
