Beef Katsu was good. It came with carrots on top, it was filling, had good flavor, and was a big portion if you want a full-on meal. However, it was just a bit dry and tough and hard to eat bite size pieces because of that. Regardless, I would get it again from this restaurant if I wanted it. Spicy Salmon Roll is always amazing, though I wish you could choose not to include ginger or wasabi.

Best sushi in Kalamazoo, hands down! There isn't a single one of their special rolls that has disappointed me, and I'm well on my way to trying them all! Hawaiian continues to be my overall favorite (a sweeter roll with mango and coconut sauce), but the savory ones are fire, too! The crab Rangoon made with honey cream cheese is to die for.

Crab Rangoons were very sweet and delicious. The rice on the 3 rolls I got were very soft and although each roll came with about 6-8 pieces they were a decent size. Highly recommend and it doesn't break the bank! Will absolutely be ordering again! I wish there were more cooked options but it was overall very good!

I tried the dinner combo again, this time I ordered the Yellowtail roll, salmon roll, tuna roll, and then salmon nigiri, tuna nigiri, yellowtail nigiri, and crab nigiri with a side of edamame. The tuna was bright red, amazing quality. I wish i wouldve taken a picture before i devoured it. Edamame was fresh and cooked nice. Salmon and yellowtail were both high quality and tasted great. Another 10/10 order from Sushi AI. Love this place!
