I tried this once and the sushi was AWFUL. The rice was dry and hard, the wasabi had oxidized from being out too long, and was overall tasteless. I decided to give it one more try and THIS time, it was MAGNIFICENT! I must've had someone having a bad day make the first because these rolls were absolutely delicious. 10/10, would recommend!
