Very good! Only thing is the gyoza got a little soggy and they werent as crispy (Obviously I know its from them being in the container and all the steam being trapped in it) but otherwise it had a lot of flavor to them and the shoyu egg was cooked to perfection with also a lot of flavor!

Brand new place, was very interested in trying ordered katsu first it was okay not the best but ther Original Shoyu ramen was good! they forgot my green onions but overall was hearty and filling

We ordered the tonkatsu ramen and dandan noodles. The ramen broth tasted peppery which overpowered the other flavor, so we ended up not eating most of it. The dandan noodles were oily and also below expectations. We wanted to like this place but were disappointed, especially for its price point.
