My black forest torte midi is a favourite and as expected but ended up with another quarter instead of Black Forest Brookies which I ordered but are not available. I rang and was told manager gone and that he'd said for me ring tomorrow if I complained! They were for tonight and tomorrow night. Seoarate ocassions so very disappointing. Lack of empathy and fixing problem and price difference, seeking me out to follow up was noted. Not impressive. Hope it's a once off as it is my regular store and first foordash experience with The Cheesecake Shop (Welland - W). Bought a second order came from Gilles Plain (GP) for cupcakes instead and got what I asked for. Both orders quickly delivered but GP driver left at door indtead of handing order to me as requested. W driver did some and very friendly.

The cakes we received (Black Forest and beesting) were quite nice, but they neglected to include the 3rd cake in the order (tiramisu). Bit disappointing.
