This restaurant is great. The food is locally and responsibly sourced, the menu is amazing, and the prices are reasonable. I wish I lived closer, but I will eat here every time I'm in town. I got the Pulled Pork Sandwich and the House-Smoked Wings. Both were awesome!

Small expensive servings with substandard food. Tonight after the urging of a wedge salad I finally gave in and give them another opportunity that they woefully failed once again. 88$ for 2 and half eggs, 6 small peices ofnsteak bites for 18$ and 2 wedge salads with no bacon or Chives just a mess of dressing (very very little blue cheese) and tomatoes with red onion. Nothing like the Pic. I reordered this through door dash to get the exact same salads. The kicker however was the deconstructed Grandma's biscuit and gravy. Completely flavorless and Granma never consigned on this atrocity. Door dash refunded my money but not before I called "Jason" the manager to complain. He was less than helpful and didn't know whether the order had gone out after I'd said several times. Im fed up. Tired in my bones. Restaurants who depend on us yo stay open for their livelihood keep playing with our money. Smashing grapes, the former restaurant of the Farmers Restaurant in Gambrills was very similar.

Flavorless, EXPENSIVE food
Smashing Grapes, the former Farmers Restaurant in Gambrills, continues to disappoint. The food is overpriced and subpar, and unfortunately, tonight was no exception.
For $88, I received 2.5 eggs, 6 small steak bites for $18, a potpie? and two wedge salads that were really just lettuce and tomatoes. The salads didn’t even resemble what was shown in the Pic and across the Board quality was disappointing.
The deconstructed Grandma’s biscuit and gravy was the worst of all—bland and flavorless. I honestly don’t know how this could be called “Grandma’s” recipe.
After calling to complain, I spoke with Jason, the manager, who was not very helpful and seemed unsure about whether my order had even gone out. While DoorDash refunded my money, I still ended up spending another 60$ elsewhere. thank you so much!

It was not the drivers fault but he had to wait a long time to get the food. The steak bites were supposed to be pink. When I got them they were over cooked, dry and not warm at all. Mashed potatoes were also not warm and considering the price of $9 for them it was a small portion. I will give the restaurant another try but instead of delivery, I will go to the restaurant.
