The food was phenomenal! their ingredients were fresh, plentiful, and diverse. I got an assortment of items, including the Buffalo Cauliflower, the poutine, Mac n' Cheese, and The Bacon Blue with the chicken substitute. Each & Every item was delicious, well thought out, and executed to perfection.

The food here is outstanding. Truly some of the best around — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with passion. The chef deserves all the praise.
But the customer service doesn’t live up to the same standard. My $140 order was missing a $13 pistachio cheesecake, and while there was a follow-up, the suggested “fix” was for me to come pick it up myself. If I could do that, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery through DoorDash.
Yes, I’ll get a refund — but that’s not the point. For a $140 order, I expected more care and a resolution that actually makes sense. Great food, but disappointing service experience.

I had to scrape off a huge wad of pickles. Custom House Grind was burned on one side. Its like they put the cheese on and let it sit there. I've had a burger from here before that was excellent. This is disappointing.

The Fixx is always good for burgers. When we are looking for burgers this is our place to go.
