Above and beyond! One of the items I ordered needed to be substituted, and they reached out to me directly to see what I wanted to do. Misty took the time to ask some questions about what would my friend would really enjoy, and put together the perfect surprise for her! They genuinely care. I'll order from them again, no doubt!
