I had high hopes because the photos looked delicious. First thing iwill say is that the photos are falsely advertised. I got the BLT Smash and it looked really good especially with the egg but what the description doesnt say is that it does not come with the egg and that its $2 more on top of the already $17 youre already paying for the sandwich which only came with 3 pieces of bacon . Second the Breakfast Burrito was delicious but it is advertised with potatoes in the photo and only comes with the salad.

Those were the crispiest and crunchy chips. And those sauces made my heart happy. The egg was beautiful and perfect when it showed up. Sprinkle on some of the cheese and it is enough to make you cry from joy.

I love, love, love the chilaquiles! I prefer them without chicken and with an extra egg on top. It is the ultimate comfort food, humble yet delicious, brimming with contrasting textures, crispy tortilla chips, tangy salsa verde with black beans, pico de gallo, and a dollop of guacamole. I appreciate that the salsa verde is mild, but for those of us who like a little extra heat, a few dashes of hot sauce will do the trick. Reminds me of the very first time I tried Chilaquiles backpacking in Mexico- where had this savory delight been all my life? The Garden Table delivers and I order this way too often...so good!!!
