First time ordering from them. Have to tell you I thought the burger was great with real buns! Mashed potatoes and gravy are the real thing I was wanting. Got a burger from Red Robin last month and the bun was store bought, no flavor, very small burger. Thanks Kitchen Burger!!

Took quite awhile & had the driver waiting. The Mom's Biscuits & Sausage Gravy were pretty good but the biscuits are pre cooked & grilled. So theyre kind of hard & overly buttery. Sausage patties were tiny for $6. Side Home Fries were not cooked thoroughly & unseasoned. I wish they looked more like their advertised pic. It wasnt terrible but just wasn't comparable to the price paid. The sausage I posted a photo of is the full order for $6.

I had a Kitchen club sandwich for lunch and it was ENORMOUS, easily enough for two meals, so now I won't have to wonder what to have for dinner. The turkey was indeed fresh and very good. I will certainly order from The Kitchen again.

too many times the most basic & standard menu items were simply poorly prepared (regardless of who was cooking) this was not a one-time issue - it has been my experience that this seems to happen quite often at this location
although I have had dozens of visits & several deliveries giving them multiple chances to get it right - sadly, it rarely happened
from the under-cooked sausage links to the over-cooked and dried-out bacon on breakfast items & sandwiches orders - or the missing and/or incorrect items on any given plate - the long list things that could have been done better - only goes on from there
the topper (for me) was when I ordered a Greek salad and the cook didn't seem to know the difference between making of a Greek salad & a Chef salad
typically - Kalamata olives go on a Greek salad (as the menu clearly states) however black olives were substituted
the menu also called for Red Onions on the Greek salad (white onions were substituted) and they were not the sweet Vandalia onions that are used elsewhere on the menu
the menu also didn't mention anything at all about hard-boiled eggs being included on a Greek salad and the cook didn't seem to be aware of this detail either
the kicker was the adding of shredded cheddar cheese on the Greek salad! Who hell does that?
God knows the wait-staff always did their level best trying to make things right however they don't run the back-of-the-house putting the orders together
I blame management for the plethora of issues
there are simply way too many great restaurants in this town who are currently serving-up fantastic food products with incredible service to be putting-up with mediocrity like this
I will be giving this place a rest hoping that they get their act together soon - and until that happens - I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere

Hands down, Mom's Biscuits & Sausage Gravy are the best in town!! Also, the Breakfast Burrito is out of this world....great food all around!!
