First time ordering from here. Considering my profession had a day off, didn'feel like cooking so I thought I'd take a gander to try this place after looking through many different stores to order. The size of the menu vs quality? The menu won our first visit! Unfortunately, that states to myself more processed than quality ingredients or the basic ingredients such as salt and pepper. The menu has great variety but unfortunately taste, quality, packaging and cooking times were lacking. Fries could have been great if they were cooked longer, Rueben would of been excellent if the bread was toasted longer versus just flipped over side to side maybe 30sec vs 2 minutes per each side than slapped into the foam box with foil that became soggy, The Meatloaf Sandwich w/ Kettle Chips the top bun had fingerprints embedded,That was not a good quality bun very cheap bun, onion rings on top the meatloaf where undercooked , the meatloaf tasted processed with to much sage. I was hoping for homemade meatloaf unfortunately disappointed the sauce needs more love like brown sugar a pinch of mustard , Worchester and black pepper would totally enhance flavor plus I was expecting Kettle Chips cooked on site NOT a bag of chips. Misleading disappointed if I wanted kettle potato chips that is in a bag i would've went to my cupboard. Mac N Cheese needs major HELP!! Use a better quality ingredients the basics would better than what I just paid, cheddar cheese sauce, cheddar cheese, butter, sour cream, egg, milk, salt n pepper idk it could be processed I'm not sure but definitely lacking flavor and love.. Kraft Macaroni & Cheese would've tasted much better! Than ditch the foil on the bottom of a foam box without any holes to release the steam. Foam BOX and FOIL spells SOGGY FOOD!!!sandwiches, fries in the foam box with foil not a good idea.Cheaper way but long run not having repeated business cost more. I strongly recommend Parchment Paper that is "grease proof & heat resistant" it would tremendously hold up without becoming soggy. Foil & Foam and hot food creates a steam bath sauna than we the customers get $70 dollars worth of soggy grub like limpy fries, soggy bread than I get to be frustrated wondering why I just spent $70 on crap food when I could've just made something at home. I feel like I donated wasted time energery money versus that was worth every penny spent while Giving 5 plus star reveiw of complete awesomeness. I wanted so much to love this place but unfortunately we were disappointed. Food made with love sells itself unfortunately many adjustment are needed.

Potato skins cold and over cooked Sala d had lots of cores in it and old pieces of lettuce. Dressing mostly oil I have ordered before and this was very unusual Extra long time to get order
