The EGGstra Healthy Sami , pulled BBQ Pork Wrap and their Turkey Sausage never disappoints. I always order gluten free and even though I'm hugely aware of the possibility of cross contamination when it comes to ordering out, I have NEVER had a reaction from the Polked Yolk on any level. Their food is wonderful and healthy and well prepared.

The pancakes were tasty and huge (one pancake was as big as the container (and there were 2) but you could count the number of blueberries in each pancake for the size of the pancake and they could have been browned more( I had to cut them smaller and place in toaster) ! The scrambled eggs were dry and flavorless !! Sorry dont have a picture of the eggs !

The gluten free Buttermilk Pancakes (2) were delicious, as always! My favorite thing to get at The Polked Yolk. They're especially good at the Orchard Park location. I appreciate very much that they have gluten free options! Three Little Pigs Omelette is delicious! With a gluten free English muffin.

I moved to buffalo a few years ago from Kentucky and Ive been trying to find somewhere that has good breakfast and THIS is the place. The gravy and biscuits are phenomenal, and it gives me a little taste of home. Biscuits and gravy are a stable in every southern household where Im from. Thank you for giving the taste of home back to me. <3

Usually the food from here is very good, but I'm not sure if they were running out of food but the portion sizes were 1/3 of the usual size, but also it seemed like it was old, sitting under a heating lamp for an hour maybe (it did take an hour and a half to get the order) but we ordered over easy eggs and they seemed closer to hard boiled. Disappointed.
