Ask for utensils and receive None No salt or pepper $5 side salad was lettuce and about 1/4 tomato served In a medium size foam cup Pasta need salt. Not to mention it was in a XL foam cup Can't tell if I even received the extra meat balls. Because you can't see the food in the foam cup Complete waste of $30 bucks. Mcdonald's would have been a much better choice Obviously these people never had to DoorDash their dinner to a motel room. I leaned my lesson! Will never order from here again

I've been eating the Roosevelt for 30+ years and it's a comfort food of mine but it's only gotten worse and worse. the salad use to come with the spaghetti- why am I paying for lettuce with a few diced tomatoes? no onion or anything else to justify it being called a salad which would be fine if it came with the meal rather than an add on. they use to at least give you crackers for the salad but nope, didn't get any. ordered the large spaghetti and there were ZERO meatballs in it. thankfully I ordered 3 extra on the side but I got none in my actual spaghetti. they skimp on the bread now too and didn't even include butter.

that rigatoni was horrible the sauce was bland and super thick like they added tomato paste to cheap spaghetti sauce noodles were over cooked ....0/10 never again... not to mention they gave me the last 3 slices of bread in the bread bag it was bought in
