• DoorDash orderThe sundae contained no brownie. This is the second time I've ordered the sundaes that do not reflect what the descripton entails. Both times, the sundae was melted to the point I'd mistake it for a milkshake. Last time for me.

• DoorDash order$13 for a simple chocolate milkshake is crazy. There weren't even chocolate chips in the triple chocolate chip shake. Just blended ice!

• DoorDash orderThe milkshake we received was nothing like what the menu states. No chocolate chip cookie sandwich, no mini chocolate chip. Complete ripoff for $21
