Sandwich was sooo good! The bread was soft, everything was fresh, they didn't skimp on the meat, I was able to customize it the way I wanted, and they got it 100% correct. They didn't drown the sandwich in condiments, which has been an ongoing issue from my local Jersey Mike's store orders. Glad I gave Thundercloud a try after being fed up with that problem and having a lot of overpriced ruined sandwiches. This one was amazing!!

Very delicious sandwich. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients and the sauce pulled it all together. Will order again. The Chocolate Elvis shake was good - I would have liked more hints of peanut butter and banana because the chocolate was strong - but it was still good - and the size for the price was incredible! Nice work!

The meatballs were great and the service is always awesome here.
I wanted to love the sub and the carrot cake but I found that the breads had a chemical taste like maybe they had absorbed the smell of a cleaner that had been used. Unfortunately, not the first time. Maybe tone down the cleaner or switch to another with less fragrance.

Added egg and sprouts to my CALIFORNIA CLUB and it was amazing. Also decided to add a cookie and I don't regret it. I was a little sad when I saw the cookie was on the smaller side. However, it was chewy and the chocolate chips were rich. It ended up being the perfect size.
