to be honest, there's usually wrong items or missing items when I order from Tim Hortons. I suggest they take an extra minute to check their orders.

What I would like to say is: they double check the order. More often than not our orders are short item it or just wrong.

there were missing most of the baked goods and didn't offer much to replace the product, just straight refunded money. it didn't help the wanting something sweet.
