Ordered Bun Bo Hue. Had very little meat. Thinly sliced. Normally it would be prepared with chunky meat. Noodles were broken down to little pieces. Broth was ok. But overpowering shrimp paste. Which I don't mind , but seems like it's covering lack of flavor in the broth itself. Would be nice to have options of banana flower and ong Choi. Left me still hungry even tho I'm not a big eater! For $20. Please offer more meat and tendon would be a nice addition too.

The Pho French Dip (Bánh Mì Phở Bò) and their Pho broth is darker than other places and perfectly seasoned, unlike others tend to be watery and insipid. The only thing thats missing is another serving!! This is the 1st time we ordered from here and the food is soooo fantastically good, we can't wait to order again!! GREAT JOB to the entire staff at Viet Chubby Boy!!! A DEFINITE MUST TRY!!! KK

I have no words to describe how good this food wa s I had no time for pictures because the way this house Beef Stew Rice Plate (Cơm Bò Kho) was slapping I had to enjoy my food.i rate it 1000/10 and highly recommend

Springs rolls were not crispy, they were soggy and old. Tasted like they just fried them the night before.
Food was terrible and tasted old. Not fresh at all. Would not recommend
