I have ordered from here in the past and never had a concern. Today my cheesteak was rubbery, my mom's Italian was slimy, my husband's chicken parm sub was tasteless.
We took a bite and had to throw them out.

Delicious as always, came with a side salad and bread and arrived piping hot. I love the large portions. Wish I could've gotten tiramisu.

I ordered the Chicken Parm SUB flavor was good. I did order extra cheese. Perfect amount of sauce. Bread wasnt toasted otherwise I would have given 5 stars

The salad was great but why would a restaurant give one egg on a large CHEF Salad. The large can feed four people.
