This is the SECOND time I have ordered sour cream and chive potato and did NOT receive sour cream or butter. At least this time I was at home and had access to butter. Who wants a dry baked potato?

the servers who packed the bag made an absolute mess of it, forgot items, forgot dipping sauces, the driver taking steps to try and correct the mess created by the staff was greatly appreciated, and Wendy's STILL forgot stuff.

The side of baconator fries were cold with no bacon. The bacon slices on the chicken sandwich were dry but the sadeich was ok.
