I received a personal note from an employee, I door dash a LOT an this has never happened before, I wish I could give that employee 10 stars!! And the food was definitely 5 star quality!!

the food was very dry. the bread was hard. it taste as if we received old food that had been out for a while. We could not eat our entire meal. Yhe lettuce was mostly the stem of the iceberg lettuce. Other Wendy's, I got very fresh lettuce. This salad was so bad that I could only eat the fixings and not the lettuce.

Wedges were not fresh and were soggy. French 4 Piece French Toast Sticks were the same. Do better before bagging, Wendy's

charged me $11 for a bowl of chili, kid's sized bag of tortilla chips and a weak salad. I have to put the salad together with these kids meal servings...never again. Fries tastes like they sat under the lamp all day. presentation sucked for what I paid.

They charge you a certain price on your APP, but on the actual restaurant receipt it shows a different price for every item. So your "membership discounts" are not really there.
Not sure if it's DoorDash or Wendy's that does that sneaky extra charges for each item, it's pathetic when what you're being charged through the app is not accurate with the actual print out receipt.
Also the breakfast sandwiches here do not taste fresh. Sausage was dry, bacon not crisp, croissant not soft and fluffy. Biscuit was not fresh it was dry. Season potatoes were cold and soggy.
