Idk what I did wrong in ordering or if it was a store issue but I really just got an empty burger. Just the bun. Not even sauce- just the bread. I paid 20 dollars for a side of chilly, a small sprite and a small sad little bit of bread

Whoever put my order together truly did not care about what they were doing. They basically gave me a burger with no toppings except for mayonnaise and cheese. I get that it was late but it's unacceptable to treat your customers this way. A waste of money and a waste of time. Under no circumstances would I ever order from this Wendy's again. Terrible service.

My food was barely room temperature. It only took my driver 5 minutes to get to me so I'm guessing the store gave me food that had been made a while ago. Pretty disappointed considering I spent $26. I didn't even get a full piece of lettuce on my burger lol cmon
