The Double Stack™ burgers were delicious and came just as ordered. They were juicy and the buns were fresh. The Classic Chocolate Frosty®s were as always the perfect compliment to the burgers. Will order again. Our Dasher Tracy was awesome!

Absolutely terrible food. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted bland. Chili had WAY too many beans in it, received butter instead of sour cream. Asked for coke and got Vanilla Coke. I tried calling the store & they let it ring until it goes to voicemail. NOT great customer service at all.

There is no excuse for the poor food quality that the employees served us tonight. The bottom of the sandwich bun is dried out and hard like toast. The chicken nuggets are also very hard and I never received any BBQ dipping sauces as requested, The Newport, KY location, especially the 2nd shift, rarely includes requested sauces but will give 10 packs of crackers that I didn't ask for, for one chili.

Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meat was almost nonexistent and burned mostly black. Parmesan Caesar Salad had lots of brown lettuce and not much chicken. Napkins, and utensils not included. Very disappointed

The Krabby Patty Kollab Meal. It was not what i expected. The frosty was good. As for the burger itself, well I am not sure if it was just this store or if others are the same. It was put together like a regular Daves single. And I did not taste any "special sauce". Literally just tasted like a regular burger. Large fry, well the box was large but the amount of fries that was in it should have been a medium. No straw or spoon or napkins in the bag. As far as presentation for a collaboration, there is none. When I received it, just a regular bag. Nothing to even know this was a collab. The wrapping around the burger, regular wrapper. On social media, other Wendys locations made it obvious that there is a collab going on not just restaurant decorations but the packaging on the products and the bag have the advetising too. Don't get me wrong, the burger was good but it was just a normal Daves single. I would hope that next time a collab is done it will be better presented.
