They were out of an item I ordered and the store called to let me know and offered me a substitution. I am used to either not getting the item at all, or getting something random when this happens so I appreciated that.

Food is absolutely amazing!!!
Everything was was correct minus the ranch for my salad. It should've been pomegranate vinaigrette but the ranch was good.

My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was old and cold. My Son of Baconator® was sloppy and didn't have any ketchup or lett on it. I didnt get any sauce for my 6 PC. Spicy Chicken Nuggets or French Fries. Neither one of the Kids' Cheeseburger meals came with a toy. Just terrible!!!
